Last week, AGAB completed the delivery and commissioning of a battery-electric mobile die changer and an innovative spray lubricator to a large multinational customer's production facility in India. This marks a milestone for AGAB, as it is the first time the company has supplied die changer to the Indian market.
AGAB's products are designed with durability and efficiency in mind. The mobile die changer reduces the need for fossil fuels and significantly simplifies tool changes, which reduces set-up times. This allows the customer to meet the requirements for shorter production series and thus also reach their high goals in resource utilization, reduced waste and sustainable production.
The innovative spray lubricator is designed to minimize the amount of lubricating oil applied to the plate before machining and prevents oil mist from forming. This not only reduces oil use but also the use of cleaning agents when washing produced parts and contributes to a much safer working environment with better air.
